Aga i Filip – NOGOMET

Bałkany to jedno z tych miejsc, gdzie futbol to stan umysłu. Nabrał on tutaj szaleńczych rozmiarów.

legenda klubu – Frane Matošić – club’s legend

The Balkans is one of those places where football is a state of mind. It has taken on a mad size here. Wherever a derby match is played here, the police forces are on their feet. Clashes between Belgrade or Sarajevo sides are legendary. In Croatia, similar tensions are caused when Hajduk from Split plays the Zagreb’s Dinamo or vice versa.

Murals and graffiti are omnipresent. Pubs show signs of sympathy for the local club by flying flags, putting emblems on some gadgets or hanging T-shirts of famous football players on their walls. I think that this phenomenon has intensified (if possible at all) after the Croats reached the World Cup finals in Russia.
