Dla cioci wybrałem słowo KAJGANA, czyli jajecznica, bo od lat podsyła zerówki od swoich kurek, których ma stale kilkanaście. Jest to z pewnością jeden z powodów, że dotąd nie stałem się weganinem. A jajecznica to bodaj jedyne danie, jakie jestem w stanie przyrządzić w miarę pewnie bez Kasi interwencji.
The word I selected for my aunt is KAJGANA, i.e. scrambled eggs, because she has been supplying us for years with the best eggs on Earth from her hens, of which she has a dozen or so. This is certainly one of the reasons why I haven’t become a vegan so far. And scrambled eggs are probably the only dish that I can prepare with relative confidence without Kasia running to my help.
